📣 Official Launch – September 1st!
We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of Kritter Kare Spa on September 1st!
Thank you for your continued support as we grow into a fully established pet care business. We're excited for the journey ahead and deeply honored to care for your beloved pets.
📋 Important Policy Updates – Please Read!
Beginning September 1st, the following updates will go into effect as part of ongoing improvements to service and operations:

Sales Tax: Kritter Kare Spa will begin collecting sales tax at a rate of 8.25% on all services.

Vaccination Policy: I only ask that rabies vaccination is current, as required by state law — no proof is needed. No other vaccines are required.

Payment Preferences: your card on file can be charged after your service, but Zelle, Venmo, or cash are preferred to help avoid additional processing fees.

If you would like me to charge your card on file, a signature will be required at the time of service. A 15% tip will be automatically applied unless you request otherwise.

If you're a current client on a pre-booked schedule, your current pricing will remain the same through the end of 2025. Please note that sales tax will be added to all services as required by law.

Starting in 2026, pre-booked clients will see a small increase, but will continue to receive a loyalty discount for staying on a pre-booked schedule.

New clients will begin at the updated rates effective September 1st.

We’re proud to share that Kritter Kare Spa is now fully insured and bonded! This means enhanced protection for you, your home, your pets, and our staff and equipment, giving everyone peace of mind with each appointment.

We’re making a big move—literally! Kritter Kare Spa will soon be hitting the road with a professional mobile salon before the end of the year, if all plans continue on schedule. This investment allows us to bring even greater convenience and cleanliness by keeping grooming services contained in the mobile spa, not your home. It’s all part of our mission to make your experience better than ever!
