I’m excited to share a brand-new update designed to make your experience even smoother and more convenient.
🎉 The New Client Portal Is Now Live!
Our new Client Portal gives you easy access to everything related to your pet’s grooming, all in one place. This secure, self-service space allows you to manage appointments and information anytime, from anywhere.
![]() Login. When you first login it will prompt you to "Go Set Up" to start setting up your profile. You will be using your Phone Number and will set a password. | ![]() The "Home" page will show upcoming and previous appointments and report cards. On the bottom of screen you have a "Home", "Booking" and "Settings" tabs. | ![]() Tapping on an appointment to "Confirm", or request a "Reschedule" or "Cancel". Remember you can make changes to your appointments up to 2 days in advance. |

![]() In the "Booking" tab, you can request new appointments if you are not set up with recurring appointments. | ![]() On your Pet Profile you can update any of their info, including vet records. Or you can add a New Pet. | ![]() In the "Settings" tab you can update your info, pets info, see signed agreements and update card on file. |

• Submit cancellation requests for future appointments
• Edit your client and pet profiles
• Book appointments online
• View grooming report cards
• Sign agreements digitally
• Manage payment methods securely

🔑 How to Access the Portal
You can access the Client Portal through the link below, also in the Kritter Kare Spa website menu above there is a Client Portal shortcut. You can also bookmark to your browser or even make a shortcut on your phone's home screen.
